Saranya Ponvannan (born Sheela Christina[1]) is an Indian actress who predominantly appears in Tamil, Dravidian, and Malayalam and a occasional Kannada language films.
She besides acted in one Hindi glaze Chup: Revenge of the Artist in 2022. Saranya made go backward acting debut in a conduct role in Mani Ratnam's Nayakan (1987) and went on catch play lead roles from 1987 to 1996.
